As if Miley Cyrus didn't have enough to deal with, QUEEN of sleeze, Perez Hilton took it upon himself to tweet what he now calls an altered upskirt picture of Miley Cyrus climbing out of a car. (See PC version of infamous PHOTO here: Follow the link provided)
The problem with this is that Miley Cyrus, though tall and well developed is just 17-years-old, she is a minor in the eyes of the law! Of course, trying to back peddle with his legs and fingers crossed so hopefully he does not end up in jail, Perez Hilton released the video below.
Still, do you buy what he has to sell? Did you know that it is illegal to even alter a photo of a minor in such a manor, much less distribute it? Here is a link to a story about a man who altered child pornography to have Harry Potter star Emma Watson's face, this man is now facing 5 years in jail.
So the question is will Hilton get in any trouble? My guess is no, not unless Miley Cyrus or her parents decide to do something about this. I think they should definitely try. It's not right to send images, altered or not of a minor's vagina, real or fake and I don't think at the time Perez thought it was fake, I think he just thought it would make for another good headline and more views to his pretty pink page.
In the video below, he doesn't even issue an apology. He just puts down us, the general public... what a douche!
Imagine what you would do in this situation... if it were your underage daughter who was altered in such an obscene way and then used as a joke to get a few laughs by a grown man, if you can call Perez that. I, for one, would be infuritated and my husband would want that man's head on a stick... which leads me to wonder why Miley Cyrus' camp hasn't issued a statement about this yet.
