Last night I was finishing up a new giveaway post at my blog, when I heard my little one cry. I picked him up, and then I went to lay down with him in my bed, so that he could go back to sleep.
The next thing I knew it was morning, and I woke up with a kid in each arm and....I was still wearing the clothes from the day before. When I got out in the kitchen, the computer was still on, and it was still open on the very post I was working on...
I will admit that it had been a long day, but still... I worked late Thursday evening to earn some holiday money, then I had to get up early to get to my oldest son's teacher conference before his class started.
Before lunch I had a Toy Story play date party to host for my middle son's school.
At 2 p.m. I walked from one school to another to pick up my oldest son, and then it was finally time to walke home....where lots of work was waiting.

I have a feeling I'll be falling asleep fairly early tonight, no matter what. I didn't sleep at all last night, and only had a nap for about an hour this afternoon when Elliott napped. My husband comes home tonight, so I guess I was too excited to sleep. ;)
