Have You tried Google Search Story Video Creator? Plus Video

Superbowl 2010 had a google commercial that told a story using search terms set to music.  It went over so well that Google made the Google Search Story Video Creator.  The process is very easy, there are several tutorials that do a great job explaining the process.

I made two search story videos.  The first is about the Pepsi Refresh Challenge that community members in Billings, Montana are working to win.  It is called "Swords Park for Kids".  Part of the project is a restoration project and part will become a bike trail (Bike Net).  This is a very historic area complete with buffalo jump, wagon trails, and Yellowstone Kelly's Grave.

The second video is for my classroom about Rosa Parks. I am using it to introduce biographies as a genre.  I see many ways to have students use this video story format in the classroom. I can see using with a form of found poetry.

These are my very first video creations ever.  They were easy and lots of fun to create.  I hope you try it.  I still haven't figured out how to embed the video in a gather post though.  I read the instructions, but the code just disappears.
