Pain today

I am going to do my thing today. I am goint to celebrate with Elijah, but I am in so much pain. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and it has been bothering me for over a week. Somedays I can't even lift my arm.

This is just a bad day for it to flare up strongly again. It is causing tension headaches, stiff neck and everything. And there is nothing I can take for it. No cream that relieves it. Trust me, I have already tried.

Just pray for me today. I want today to be a good one for Elijah.

I'm feeling for you as I have some pinched nerves and other pain problems that are really getting me down lately.

OUCH! You going to PT for any of that?? How about asking your dr for Voltarin gel. It does seem to help some.

Do you have Fibromyalgia?? I have dealt with that for years too. Trying to find the right thing to work. Lyrica did great for a while. Started taking it again in Sept, and started to have unexplained falls. 10 falls inm 2 months. I quit the med in Jan and haven't had a fall since.
