Don't always fall into place.
For Elijah's and my special day, we only got 2 things done. We went out to eat and got him a new pair of shoes. He woke up at 11:30 and then dad and I got in an arguement over money, so I didn't get to leave till after 3pm. Got 2 blocks down the road and Elijah went to sleep.
Then when we got home that night, parents were argueing, which only made it worse for me - as I was going into PMS and haven't and my depression meds for over a week. I lost my ins for the month of June by mistake from the ins company. They reinstated it yesterday, but that meant that I would had to pay $246 for that med, and I had already paid $2200 for 1 med (1 month supply) and $589 for another med.
My dr didn't have any samples to get me through either. I will get the med Monday now for $26, but the damage is done. I hope that when they reinstate, it will be vaild for the month of June and they will reimburse all the RX charges that we have had to pay out of pocket. I was able to get my asthma med today for $28 so I am back on the ins.
We are already in debt $12500 on card and almost $15000 on another just this past year with all the medical expenses and travel to the Mayo Clinic.
