Why do little boys do exactly what you tell them not to do?
I told him "don't even think of touching the forklift" at Home Depot the other day. He ran by it and hit it and then said, "see momma, I touched it."
I just told him not to put the q-tip in his ear. He runs to the living room and I follow him. He has 4! 1 in each ear and 1 in each nostril!
Tell him not to jump from coffee table to couch, he does.
Last night he put his fingers in his ears and said mommy, I'm not answering you. Look, I'm not answering you.
What do I do with this child!!!! It is not dangerous stuff - he usually listens, but when it comes to things like this he is going to make a point to do exactly what you tell him not to do. And yes, he is 3! He has been 1 year ahead of the game.
When he hit 1, he went to the terrible 2's. The day before he turned 2, he hit the whiney 3's. And now it seems that he has hit what I have been told is the "ferocious 4's"
