I learned something today which is so simple that someone should have shared it before now: live in the moment. Seriously, for those of us who have stress and anxiety, if we were to always live in the moment, things would be great.
Instead of worrying about tomorrow, just enjoy the fact that you are alive and breathing. I just learned my friend's cancer did not spread. She had a double mastectomy on Thursday, but the tests said that it was limited to the tumor in her breast. She thanked all of you for prayers, and I thank you.
I worried so much, and she is fine. If we all could remember to live in the moment, stress and anxiety would go away for good.

I dont stress out as much as we did.

i strive for that daily, but still have a problem with it
it helps if i take 2-3 minutes, a few times a day, to just stop, relax my body, and meditate on a good word (like: peace, joy, love, etc)----that is a good way to de-stress
